She focuses on accelerating the process of maximizing performance, creating and achieving desired sustainable results. Pat specializes in communication and leadership, team building and work life balance. She is an Executive Coach, consultant and professional speaker.

Ms. Perkins brings over 20 years of experience within Corporate America into her coaching engagements. She has a track record of achieving results and a unique background in Management, Coaching, Training and Development and Program Management.

Pat holds a professional membership in the International Coach Federation (ICF) and she is certified as a Professional Co-Active Coach through the Coaches Training Institute. She is a member of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), Empowering Women Network, the Cosmopolitan Chamber of Commerce, and an authorized distributor of Inscape Publishing's DiSC® assessments.

Pat has served on the Board of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women and the BDPA Chicago Chapter. She is also the Founder of the Salem Toastmasters of Chicago.

Pat, a native of Chicago , earned her Masters in Management Information Systems from Roosevelt University . She also holds the distinguished Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute.
