We begin with an In-take session which also includes a collaborative assessment of how an individual is perceived by superiors, colleagues, and subordinates. This serves as the basis for a carefully structured six-month schedule utilizing assessments, exercises and in-depth one-on-one coaching sessions. We work at a pace and use an approach that builds confidence and permits individuals to understand their professional and personal development journey.
